love me gently
touch me, kiss me,
hold me tight,
love me gently
through the night.
all the world
is still with sleep,
while inside us
the love runs deep.
run me over
with your eyes,
fingers on my
hair and thighs.
tell me all
those tender words,
along with three
i’ve often heard.
gentle kisses
often land,
upon my nose,
cheeks, ears, and hand.
just love me close,
and love me mild,
and love me gently
as a child.
