it seems there is a fine line between genius and insanity...
and we walk that blade,
teetering on the edge,
looking over the cliff,
down into the precipice;
and we are
for one brief moment
terrified,
yet exhilarated,
knowing
that at any given instant
we could fall;
but assured,
amused,
confident
it would only hurt
for one tiny moment
in eternity.
but, oh...
the freedom,
the bliss
of that
exquisite pain.
